- They have a very travel-skewed portfolio and Covid caused them to learn what else they could offer. Statement credits for gas, groceries, and dining kept it relevant.
- Using points in the Amazon checkout flow. But how do you handle disputes?
- Has anyone analyzed the value of loyalty programs?
- They talked about doing push notifications when a customer booked travel to remind them of benefits.
- Buy now-pay later doesn’t play into loyalty in his mind. Rewards work better.
