The Core Concept

An immersive journey through different scenarios set in unique spaces within a premium venue, allowing senior executives to discover, learn, and connect in unexpected ways.
For an optimal experience, the maximum number of participants is capped at 50.

The Objective

The objective is to bring senior leaders driving cybersecurity strategies to come together for a deep dive into real-world challenges. They will be asked to submit critical pain points they are facing in their current role which will be openly discussed with peers and solution providers.

Challenge Check-In

As executives arrive, they receive a personalized “Challenge Card” listing their top current challenge.

Simple color-coding system on cards:

  • Blue: Urgent transformation needs
  • Yellow: Optimization challenges
  • Green: Innovation opportunities

Executives are directed towards others with same colored cards for a more engaging networking experience while enjoying their breakfast.

10:00 AM – 10:50 AM

“Where We Went Wrong” Case Presentations 

5 pre-selected participants each present a 10-minute case:

  • Incident background (2 minutes)
  • What went wrong (3 minutes)
  • Initial attempts to fix (3 minutes)
  • Current status (2 minutes)

10:50 AM – 12:30 PM

“How To Get It Right Next Time” Structured Response Rounds 

We will follow with consecutive discussion rounds for each case and close with a group discussion:

 

Solution Provider Perspective (10 minutes)

  • Technical root cause analysis
  • Alternative approaches and tools
  • Implementation considerations

 

Peer Experience Open Sharing (10 minutes)

  • Similar challenges faced
  • Successful solutions implemented
  • Lessons learned and pitfalls to avoid

Focused Group Discussion 

Each group discusses one Case:

Collaborative Solution Design (10 minutes)

  • Group discussion
  • Action plan creation and resource identification
  • Success metrics definition
