Since joining Trend at the end of 2015 David held a range of responsibilities including the growth of a global ecosystem of strategic alliances and channel partners around Cloud Security, Advanced Persistent Threats, Global Threat Intelligence, Cyber Risk, and IR. Driving strategy, GTM, and revenue by “selling to and thru” the key global alliance & channel partners.
Where the Trend Vision One platform is included in the partner portfolio of managed services or as a referred recommended solution for identifying & mitigating Cyber Risk to build resilience both from a proactive identification as well as responsive detection & response basis with the most XDR native sensors in the industry.
David has been a frequent speaker, advisory board member, and representative at industry events and forums worldwide. Before joining Trend, David was a serial entrepreneur building & growing 6 companies over 20 years most recently as the COO of a SOC as a Service leader that provided 7×24 global monitoring, Detection & Response as a Service. Before that, he held a range of management roles at Microsoft in the 90’s where he was the Insurance Industry Manager, and with IBM in the 80’s. David holds a bachelor’s degree from the University of Southern California.
