Here’s what we discussed:
Enterprises are now confronting a new, rapidly evolving threat landscape marked by increasingly sophisticated DDoS attacks targeting key web applications. As the volume and complexity of these attacks grow, so too does the potential for damage to brands whose web applications are the primary channel for serving or supporting customers.
In this session, we discussed new approaches to defending against these new DDoS attacks while hardening security around your web applications. Some of the key areas of discussion included:
- Behavioral-based detection
- Rapid cloud threat detection & response
- Machine Learning to prevent zero-day web attacks
Participants networked with and learned from a small group of cybersecurity peers and subject matter experts Michael Gießelbach and Marius Baczynski from Radware.
