Clients are continuously trying to improve value from cloud and align it to the original business case and commitments to the stakeholders, but are struggling to do so given higher cost, complexity, skills and regulatory landscape.
We are seeing clients turn their focus from a ALL IN Cloud strategy to a FIT FOR PURPOSE Cloud strategy. As the cloud capabilities mature, they are looking at cloud to deliver business outcome, including reduction of Scope 3 carbon emissions.
In this roundtable, we discussed some of the key strategies that executives are adopting to get the best value out of the cloud, including practices and partnerships to manage challenges that come along the way.
