Having worked at NICE since 2005, Sandeep is responsible for managing a multidisciplinary team of Enterprise architects’ and Technology consultants, creating solutions across Analytics, Customer Journey, Automation and AI.

He works with organization across APAC helping them to reimagine the role of technology to drive customer centricity and engagement, accelerating automation and to fuel growth and driving innovation at scale. Sandeep holds a B.E. in Electronics & Electrical Engineering from UVCE, Bangalore University.
