Here’s what we discussed:

Philippino and Southeast Asian consumers are the most likely to say it’s important that brands deliver unified, seamless experiences. Currently, very few consumers receive it. How are companies overcoming this challenge in 2024?

The key for most will be a combination of personalisation and generative AI. Most brands have customer data management in place but far fewer have the tech to segment audiences, automate marketing, or adopt personalisation engines. That’s constraining efforts to deliver and scale personalised experiences.

Brands in the Philippines are among the slowest globally to have integrated AI to enhance CX efforts but are expecting to be the fastest adopters in the next 12 months. Customer support, personalisation, and product and service innovation are commonly anticipated benefits for consumers.

In this executive roundtable dinner, CX experts from Adobe lead a conversation around the bright future of CX supercharged by generative AI, and how companies can accelerate their digital CX transformation.
