Since 1995, David has been helping companies leverage technology to improve their business processes. As the Creative Director of a web development startup, David helped guide publishing companies, government ministries, and enterprises in their journey to discover what Internet technologies could provide their business. As a project lead in a leading telco OSS/BSS provider R&D division in the late 1990s, he defined and managed development and implementation of systems to replace client/server functionality with Internet-based systems providing customers with their first glimpse of an online phone bill.
Focusing on Asia Pacific since 2005, he spent 6 years as the Asia Pacific & Japan solution consulting director leading a team that helped enterprises maintain continued growth while increasing efficiency with the introduction of workforce optimization and field service management which included the ability for their employees to update job information and communicate status using their mobile devices.
David has spent the past 10 years helping grow the mobile app and API economy in Southeast Asia. He has been helping companies adopt the technologies necessary for digital transformation and disruption. He has been recognized as a Redbooks Thought Leader for mobile enterprise and a Design Thinking Co-Creator.
Since joining MuleSoft in 2019, David has been working with telcos, hospitals, banks, packaged goods manufacturers and retailers as they transform how their businesses by adopting the future proof foundation of the world’s leading API and Integration technology, MuleSoft Anypoint Platform.
