Of course, change is hard, and nobody wants to trade quality for speed, and in this case, you don’t have to!
In this session, Sarah Faupel, Department Manager for IT Talent Acquisition at Enterprise Holdings, winner of the 2022 CandE Award and Handshake’s 2023 Early Talent Career award shared the approaches they took to accelerate hiring (by 4X) while improving the quality of their candidate pool.
