I think it’s really a must-attend event for CX professionals. I’ve gone to other events in the past and this surpasses all of them.
The Why and How of Cyber Insurance
Networking Dinner & Wine Tasting
at The Chesterfield Mayfair, London
22nd March 2023,
18:00 - 20:30 GMT,
Successfully Held
Here’s what we discussed:
Cyber insurance – despite insurers raising premiums while simultaneously rolling back coverage areas, more and more Executive teams and Boards of Directors are approving budgets to purchase and renew policies in order to lower anticipated costs with potential breaches. Why? Because breaches are inevitable; it’s more of a matter of ‘when’, not ‘if’ you’ll face one.
With such an inevitable need for it, cyber insurers are now increasingly requiring organizations to implement broader security requirements before issuing quotes, and even denying coverage where the trends say the risk is too great. The need for more advanced solutions is paramount.
In this session, we discussed:
- The factors driving the skyrocketing costs of cyber insurance
- The security controls cyber insurance companies expect you to have
- Cyber incidents that are excluded from cyber insurance policies and how to protect against them
- Explore the value of a continuous risk management approach to cyber risk and how it enables cyber insurers to reach their goals and more!

Talk To Us About Attending Future Events
Here’s what attendees at past events have said:
A lot of other conferences I’ve gone to are driven off a podium, someone presenting me a solution before they understand my problem. Here I have an opportunity to talk to my peers and learn from them.
I’m not part of some enormous crowd out there. I’m getting lot of interaction, hearing from people, their own personal stories. Individual examples of how people are leveraging their CX skills in their industry, in their business, in the work that they do everyday.
Very intimate, Very one-on-one! You are able to really get a lot of candid responses, so we’re getting a ton of value from that and a lot of valuable insights.
