Meaningful personalization, while once a nice-to-have, is now expected by today’s e-commerce shoppers. Personalization fosters chemistry with customers and drives better engagement, conversions, and loyalty. eCommerce leaders have benefited greatly by personalizing their digital experiences, and have much to gain from staying ahead of the curve.
But personalization is both an art and a science, and new methods and technology are flipping traditional approaches on their head. The art of personalization and fostering chemistry is advancing rapidly with clever use cases and methods. The science of 1:1 personalization has evolved to enable uniquely optimized experiences for each customer.
In this session, we’ll discussed some of these use cases and methods and how they are advancing the state of the art in personalization.
