Using Knowledge Graphs & Generative AI for Better Fraud Detection
Networking Dinner
at Four Seasons Hotel Sydney

Here’s what we discussed:
Generative AI marks one of the most significant technological shifts in history, and is swiftly becoming a game-changer for businesses that can adopt it with speed and accuracy. In fact, McKinsey has predicted that Generative AI could contribute between USD 2.6 trillion and USD 4.4 trillion annually to the global economy by 2040.
Many companies are exploring the convergence of Generative AI and cloud technologies to drive core business processes including fraud detection, customer analytics, and real-time recommendations. However, AI outputs are only as good as the underlying data, and challenges with hallucinations are preventing companies from delivering on the promise of Generative AI at speed, and with confidence.
Participants joined Neo4j as we explore how Knowledge Graphs are helping to build robust Fraud Applications by:
- Improving models and sharpening predictions
- Building smarter applications at speed
- Scaling and Unlocking Operational Flexibility
- Eliminating joins and simplifying querying
We discussed the current Use Cases that we’re seeing APAC-wide, specifically in the area of Financial Services Government, and Telecommunications.
