Talent acquisition teams in growing companies are in a bind. Saddled with ambitious hiring targets they are still being held accountable for quality, even for niche or unfamiliar roles. Traditional talent agencies can help but at a steep price. What can TA teams do?

In this virtual roundtable and wine-tasting experience, we invited 10 HR executives to discuss how they are managing to ensure they can hire strong candidates (especially technical hires) at a pace that matches business growth targets. Oh, and accomplish all that without increasing TA budgets.
