Building the Talent Sourcing “Force Multiplier”
A Virtual Wine Tasting Session
Successfully held on March 21st, 2024
Here’s what we discussed:
Talent acquisition teams in growing companies are in a bind. Saddled with ambitious hiring targets they are still being held accountable for quality, even for niche or unfamiliar roles. Traditional talent agencies can help but at a steep price. What can TA teams do?
In this virtual roundtable and wine-tasting experience, we invited 10 HR executives to discuss how they are managing to ensure they can hire strong candidates (especially technical hires) at a pace that matches business growth targets. Oh, and accomplish all that without increasing TA budgets.
Some of the issues we discussed included:
- What have you tried to improve white collar talent acquisition without hiring more people or agencies? What’s working for you?
- When asked to do more with the same (or less) money, where are you cutting, and what impacts are you seeing?
- Do you have ways to scale hiring for a new initiative quickly without adding to your TA team? How is this working?
