Scaling Generative AI to the Enterprise
Networking Dinner
at Delmonico’s, New York
Successfully held on March 20th, 2024
Here’s what we discussed:
Large enterprises are investing money and resources into generative AI-powered applications for both internal and customer-facing use cases while managing both risks and costs. How are they doing it, and what are the lessons learned so far?
In this roundtable discussion, we explored findings from a new research initiative digging into the biggest challenges companies are facing in scaling generative AI out of the sandbox and into production.
Some of the issues we discussed include:
- Model ownership and its implications for explainability
- The cost pressures companies anticipate as the use of model APIs explodes
- The competitive value of fine-tuning with private data
This was an invitation-only executive roundtable dinner for 8-12 executives directly responsible for all or part of their company’s strategy for scaling generative AI applications to the enterprise.
