I think it’s really a must-attend event for CX professionals. I’ve gone to other events in the past and this surpasses all of them.
From Collected Data to Connected Data: Making Decisions with Insights from Relationships and Context in Data
Networking Dinner
at The Fullerton Bay Hotel, Singapore
25th May 2023,

Successfully Held
Here’s what we discussed:
Discovering insights from increasingly complex data collected in rows and columns isn’t working anymore. Graph data platforms promise to let you explore not just data points, but the meaning in the connections between those data points.
Graph databases’ added emphasis on relationships helps businesses explore complex data sets in new ways. While graph databases aren’t a fit for every use case, here are 3 where they excel:
- Data is highly-connected.
Graph databases work well with highly-connected data that includes a need for relationship analysis.
- Analyzing data is more important than simply storing it.
Graph databases are optimized for data retrieval and analysis.
- Data model changes often.
Graph data platforms handle inconsistent data models that require frequent changes.
In this session, we explored why governments, logistics companies, supply chain leaders, and financial institutions have moved to graph data platforms.

Graph Leaders
Vice President – APAC, Neo4j
I have had the opportunity to be a part of leading platform companies and work with some extremely smart people. Now working with the world’s leading graph database platform in Neo4j as we help organisations and communities to view connected data like never before. Prior to this, I built this region for Qubole from $0 and up and had the opportunity to lead and be a part of 3 hyper-growth GTM plays for Capillary Technology, a Cloud-SaaS platform. Over the last 10 years, my focus has been on building markets in Singapore, Sydney, Mumbai, and Shanghai; mostly from the ground up.
We have lived through many funding rounds, market conditions, and varying investor sentiments – from ‘growth at all costs’ to ‘ unit-economics/ cash-flow positive’. What has remained consistent is building strong teams and backing them to go faster.

Talk To Us About Attending Future Events
Here’s what attendees at past events have said:
A lot of other conferences I’ve gone to are driven off a podium, someone presenting me a solution before they understand my problem. Here I have an opportunity to talk to my peers and learn from them.
I’m not part of some enormous crowd out there. I’m getting lot of interaction, hearing from people, their own personal stories. Individual examples of how people are leveraging their CX skills in their industry, in their business, in the work that they do everyday.
Very intimate, Very one-on-one! You are able to really get a lot of candid responses, so we’re getting a ton of value from that and a lot of valuable insights.
